Marine Propulsion & Ship Spares

We supply a complete range of world-class marine propulsion systems, stern gear and ship spares — for high-performance yachts, commercial vessels, tugs, ferries, fishing boats and naval craft. From a single bearing to a complete propulsion package, we source precision-engineered components built to the standards of the major classification societies: ABS, DNV, LR, NKK, IRS, BV and RINA.

What we supply

Stern Gear Assemblies

Custom-engineered stern tube and shaft arrangements for shaft diameters 40–350 mm and lengths 2–12.5 m. Oil-lubricated, water-lubricated and bronze options; GRP, brass and carbon-steel tubes to suit wood, steel, fibreglass or aluminium hulls.

Tail Shafts & Couplings

Precision-straightened tail shafts in high-strength duplex stainless and other alloys, CNC-machined to H7 tolerance, supplied complete with keys, nuts, cone nuts and forged-steel couplings.

Bearings & Glands

Cutlass (water-lubricated) bearings, flanged naval-brass bushes, self-lubricating synthetic bearings, and stern-tube glands in water, grease and inboard flexible types.

Shaft Seals & Cardan Shafts

Single-piece stainless shaft seals with dash-mounted warning systems, plus heavy-duty cardan shafts for reliable angled power transmission.

Propellers

In-house-designed propellers up to ~5 m diameter and 6 tonnes, cast in cavitation-resistant bronze alloys: fixed-pitch (FPP), controllable-pitch (CPP), Kaplan and high-skew Kaplan, S-Class and cupped high-performance — robotically ground and polished to ISO Class S/1.

Rudders & Rudder Trunks

Custom fabricated, forged-steel, bronze and GRP rudder assemblies and rudder-trunk systems for yachts and commercial vessels.

Nozzles

High-efficiency propeller nozzles (700–4300 mm dia) that increase thrust by up to ~25% — ideal for tugs, trawlers, dredgers and supply vessels.

Hydraulic Steering & Autopilot

Modular electric/hydraulic steering systems for tugs and high-speed ferries up to ~40 m, with autopilot integration.

Brackets (P, A, Y & V)

Platform and glass-type "P" brackets and casted/fabricated A/Y/V shaft brackets in aluminium bronze or stainless steel.

Tunnel Thrusters & Stern Tubes

Tunnel thrusters (20–1300 kW; electric, hydraulic or diesel-driven) and naval stern tubes for enhanced manoeuvrability.
